Fixed room number / specific room requests
Fixed room number and specific wishes such as floor or parquet flooring can only be considered for reservations of 3 nights or more.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only valid after receipt of our written cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation of reservation up to 4 days before arrival: 0 % according to order confirmation
Cancellation of the reservation up to 1 – 3 days before arrival: 50 % according to confirmation of order
Cancellation of the reservation on the day of arrival: 100% according to the order confirmation
In the cancellation conditions 6 pm is the time limit, i.e. you can cancel until 6 pm today for arrival tomorrow at 50%.
Non-arrival or early departure: We will charge you 100% of the booked arrangement for forwarding to your cancellation insurance. We recommend our Europäische Reiseversicherung. Online form: www.erv.ch

Pets
Dogs are welcome by appointment (except in the breakfast room). Daily cleaning fee CHF 15 without food.
